How much does Delivery cost?

Delivery cost is subject to value of order as follows:

All orders under £600 – £80
All order £600 and over - free

Where do you deliver to?

Our standard delivery includes all of mainland UK excluding NI. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland please contact us directly to discuss.  

Please note deliveries to the following postcodes will be subject to an additional surcharge (to be confirmed upon ordering).

AB, BT, DD, FK20-21, G83-90, IV, KW, PA21-38, PH, PO49-50, PO30-41, TR17-26

All products are palletised and delivered to a kerbside ground floor location.  If there are parking or vehicle size restrictions (i.e. Van, 7.5ton lorry, articulated lorry), please ensure you inform us at the time of ordering as failure to do so will result in additional charges and delayed delivery.

Please note that delivery charges will also apply to locations other than the ground floor.

I am ordering in volume, what is the best price you offer?

We always endeavour to provide the best price.  Please call us to discuss your order and any discounts we can offer.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Our standard delivery timescales are 3-5 working days in current shipping circumstances, contact us for faster delivery which is available at a surcharge.  Orders cut off time each day is 10am for the order to be processed the same day.  Orders received after this cut off time will be processed the following working day.  

Once your order has been placed we will acknowledge your order within 24 hours of the next working day.  We will inform you ASAP of any delays with delivery.

What if I’m not available when you want to deliver?

Deliveries to business address are normally during working hours 9am to 5pm. If you are not likely to be in during these hours, kindly inform us at the time of ordering.  

What if I want to place and order with more than one delivery address?

Contact our customer service team or this can be done online at the time of ordering.

Please note that multiple delivery points requested within a single order will incur their own separate delivery charges. 

Are items flat packed or ready assembled?

That will depend on what you order: some of our items are supplied in a flat pack especially tables and some seating and will require assembly.

What if my order is faulty or damaged?

Don’t worry! If your goods arrived damaged or faulty, we will replace them ASAP. To help us, please contact our customer service team asap and provide photographs for our records.  Please keep the original packaging.

How can I place and order?

We’ve aimed to make the process of placing an order as easy as possible, by giving you the flexibility of ordering online and making a payment via our safe and secure payment system or bank transfer. Alternatively, you can place your order by calling 0330 1234 322. 

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order online via Stripe, by BACS / bank transfer.  Orders will be processed once full payment is made.

Can I place and order if I am a private individual (i.e. not a Restaurant,Hotel, Cafe, Office or Company)?

-We primarily sell to businesses & other organisations, we show prices ex-VAT. Delivery & VAT will be calculated and added to the total of your basket at the checkout when you come to pay for your goods.

– Products featured within our website are designed for commercial use and are built to contract quality, some products may not be suitable for home use. If unsure, please contact us prior to ordering.

– Please be aware of our Returns & Refund Policy. This will differ from retail websites.

What happen if I am over charged in error?

Incorrect charging is a rare occurrence. However, we appreciate that no system is infallible and errors can occur. As such, we have put in place a system whereby all orders are manually checked by our Customer Service Team before being processed. This means that you can be assured that any error in the total cost of your order will be credited.

If however, you spot an error that we haven’t, we promise to always review the matter quickly and gladly refund any monies due, via the original method of payment.
