JFS NE Ltd, trading as 'Stock Furniture' is a supplier of contract furniture for commercial environments including hospitality, leisure, workplace and public sector settings.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products selected are suitable for their intended use and environment.

Where applicable, fire regulations, durability requirements or safety standards should be verified by the customer prior to purchase.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in GBP (£).

Prices may be displayed inclusive or exclusive of VAT, depending on the setting selected on the website.

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and added to the total order value.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices charged will be those displayed at the time an order is placed.

As per the shipping policy, and subject to the delivery address, there is a delivery surcharge for certain postcodes.  if applicable, you will be notified after placing your order. 

7. Orders

When placing an order through our website you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

  • all information provided is accurate.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where:

  • products are unavailable

  • pricing errors have occurred

  • fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

8. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods available on the website.

Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has cleared.

For deliveries to certain postcode areas, a delivery surcharge may apply. These postcode areas are detailed within our Shipping Policy.

If your delivery address falls within one of these postcode areas, the surcharge may be invoiced separately after the order has been placed, and must be paid before the order is dispatched.

9. Delivery

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only.

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • supplier lead times

  • courier delays

  • circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for losses resulting from delivery delays.

Customers must ensure that:

  • delivery access is suitable

  • someone is available to receive the delivery.

Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries or redelivery.

10. Inspection of Goods

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any damage, defects or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Reports of damage or issues must include clear photographs of the goods and packaging to allow us to investigate with the courier or manufacturer.

Customers should retain the original packaging until the goods have been inspected and confirmed to be satisfactory, as this may be required in the event of a return, replacement or collection.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the issue.

11. Returns

Due to the nature of contract furniture and logistics costs, returns may only be accepted where:

  • goods are faulty

  • goods are damaged in transit

  • incorrect items have been supplied.

Returned goods must be:

  • unused

  • in original packaging

  • in resalable condition.

Customers must contact us before returning any goods. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Where returns are approved, a restocking fee may apply, and any applicable collection or return delivery costs may be deducted from the refund.

Refund or replacement will be offered at our discretion.

12. Bespoke or Made-to-Order Products

Items that are:

  • made to order

  • customised

  • upholstered in customer-selected finishes

are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.

13. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stock Furniture Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • loss of business, revenue or profits

  • damage arising from misuse of products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.

  • text

  • product descriptions

  • branding

is the property of Stock Furniture Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

16. Privacy
