Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from StockFurniture.co.uk

We hope you are more than satisfied with the products, however should you wish to return or any of your goods; the following sets out our Returns and Refund Policy, please also see our FAQ’s.

Returns

For stock items, in the event you wish to return an item or items, you must notify us in writing at hello@stockfurniture.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.  Items must be in original packaging, unassembled and in new condition.  You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and we may apply a 25% restocking fee, which will be based upon the condition of the products.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, minus any collection fees and re-stocking fees to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 20 business days, however this may differ depending on your card issuer policies.
